Suriano’s strategies produced bottom-line proven results.  Clients have achieved over 15% comp store sales increases, 7% annual conversion increases and reductions of more than $500,000 annually in wasted dollars. Suriano has also secured over 3 million dollars from vendors to pay for client programs; and many of these clients are listed in the Top 100 Retailers.   

Suriano is also a public speaker and author of “The Ultimate Customer Experience”, a step-by-step book that outlines how a company can reach its full potential, and exposes common errors that are detrimental to any business type.   Suriano truly believes, “There is no one or nothing more important than the customer.”

During the 90's, Suriano Ad Agency clients were retailers who were hit hard by the recession. These clients were looking for a new avenue of survival, so Suriano began to focus more heavily on "radio marketing”, and developed RadioPlus™, a custom radio format that was successfully used as an in-store venue.  Suriano began to develop ideas of how to bring the success of radio into other areas of business.


Soon thereafter, Suriano saw a greater need among retailers, and began providing highly effective customized training solutions for his clients. Within a few years, Suriano invented a patented methodology known as LTraining®, the most effective training method to date, used by more than 4 million trainees, scoring a 90% retention rate after a single session.

The success of LTraining® sparked the birth of Suriano’s current company, a full-service solution provider known as The TSi Company.

 Today, with Suriano at the helm, TSi partners with companies large and small, who represent various industries such as retail, service, hospitality and more.  Suriano developed strategies implemented by TSi that reduces operating expenses and increases EBITDA margin. These strategies combined with Suriano’s patented methodology, has successfully helped businesses enhance the customer experience, increase annual revenue by acquiring more customers, but more importantly keeping them.

 Suriano is also an accomplished, award winning composer, arranger and musician.  His success in the industry began at an early age.  At 19, Suriano was composing music for NBC Daytime Soap Operas: Another World, The Guiding Light, and As The World Turns. He has composed music scores and commercials for brands such as Ford, Subaru, AT&T, Ricoh, and Prudential. In 1985, Suriano started his first business by writing jingles and buying radio time for his retail clients.   He began consulting for WABC-AM in New York, and KISS 108 in Boston.  These experiences and successes paved the way for Suriano’s current role as founder and CEO of The TSi Company.

In his spare time, Suriano composes music and plays guitar for the acclaimed contemporary Christian group, Circle of Faith, which he founded in 2013.
